Chelsea McGee, Founder of Pi Nourish.
I’m Chelsea McGee, Founder of Pi Nourish. I’m trained by Mind Body Green where I completed and obtained my Health Coaching Certificate. I support women navigating perimenopause, menopause and the life beyond.
The women I work with are used to figuring things out. They manage careers, family, responsibilities, relationships — often all at once. Coaching isn’t about giving them one more thing to manage. This is a space to turn that attention towards themselves.
Pi Nourish exists, not as another wellness brand, but a space built specifically with Black women's full experience in mind. Perimenopause and menopause are not new. What's new — what's overdue — is women having a real container to move through them in: informed, supported, and not alone.
Black women in particular are too often left out of that container entirely. We are underdiagnosed, undertreated, and routinely told our symptoms are something else — stress, aging, "just how it is." We carry decades of being unseen in rooms that were supposed to be caring for us. I know that experience intimately, and it's the reason Pi Nourish exists in the form it does. If this resonates with you, I'd love to walk this season with you.
Your Health Doesn’t Exist In Isolation.
And caring for it shouldn’t require you to step outside of your actual life.
Coaching begins with the whole person — not just the symptoms, habits, or numbers that brought you here. Perimenopause and menopause may be the doorway into the conversation, but the work is understanding how your health connects to the life you’re living and creating a way of caring for yourself that can evolve with you.
-
Sleep, nourishment, movement, stress, work, relationships, caregiving, identity, emotional well-being and hormonal change don’t happen separately. We connect the dots between what you’re experiencing, what you’re carrying, and what matters to you now — because understanding the whole picture helps us identify where support may make the greatest difference.
-
There is no universal blueprint for being well. Your lived experience, culture, responsibilities, resources, values and season of life all shape what health looks like for you. This includes making room for the realities and cumulative demands that can influence how we experience and care for our health. Coaching creates space for your full context rather than asking you to fit yourself into someone else’s version of wellness.
-
We are not interested in building a routine that only works when life is going perfectly. We explore what is realistic, what gets in the way, and what can be sustained when work is demanding, someone needs you, plans change, or your capacity simply isn’t the same from one day to the next. The goal isn’t to do health perfectly. It’s to create ways of caring for yourself that have somewhere to live in your actual life.
-
Coaching isn’t about handing you another set of rules to follow. It’s about strengthening your ability to notice patterns, understand what your body and life are telling you, clarify what matters to you, ask better questions, and make informed choices about your well-being. That includes helping you prepare for more meaningful conversations with your healthcare providers when clinical care is needed.
The goal is not dependence on a coach. It is greater self-understanding, agency and confidence in how you care for yourself — through perimenopause, menopause and the life beyond.

— Former Client“My health and wellness coaching experience with Chelsea was amazing and came at a time when I needed it most. I was navigating a very difficult and uncertain chapter in my life while also trying to better care for my health.
Chelsea helped me look at how my movement, nutrition, health needs, and what I was experiencing personally were all connected. Her guidance, support, and perspective helped me find clarity, reconnect with myself, and think differently about what caring for myself could look like during that season.
Our work together gave me practical tools to make choices that felt realistic for my life while reminding me of my own strength and ability to move forward with greater confidence. I’m incredibly grateful for Chelsea and the experience.”
— Paige“Chelsea is warm, thoughtful, encouraging, and incredibly easy to talk to. As a single mom with a demanding job, I often struggle to prioritize myself. Chelsea takes the time to understand YOUR life, goals, and challenges, not giving you one-size-fits-all answers. She helped me think through manageable, sustainable changes that fit my particular life and schedule. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking compassionate, practical support in making their health and wellness a priority, in a way that actually feels achievable.”
